Projects include the non-profit organizations first Impact Report since 2019 (as well as a mini report shown here), website updates, marketing materials and speech/script writing for the organization’s CEO.

Senior writer for real estate/hospitality and technology startup reinventing the way people rent. The membership-based apartment subscription service is the first of its kind, offering members flexible leases for fully furnished homes nationwide, that can be booked online in minutes.
• Develop the brand’s tone of voice; update all communications including email, SMS, push, newsletters, website content, UX, and internal comms for clarity and consistency. Act as a resource in the same capacity for blog and social content creators.
• Partner with Growth Marketing to develop the first lifecycle marketing campaign to turn leads into members; write copy for digital ads and oversee the creative copywriting of outside agencies.

Senior Brand Writer + Director, Artist Program
Develop and own TOV for the design-driven lifestyle / technology brand. Responsible for all brand and marketing content, as well as temporary ownership of social media. Relaunch the website, develop content strategy and generate feature posts for the company’s new blog. Create a standard for property listings across 14 markets on all OTAs, including Airbnb, Booking, and Kayak. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, 3-D and 2-D Design, Hospitality, and Engineering to support internal and guest-facing projects.
Develop the brand’s art program and guidelines for artist selection. Source and select emerging artists within new and existing markets for inclusion in resident artist’s program (original artwork by local artists within all of our suites).
